There are two makes of the Mitsubishi SUV model: the Endeavor LS and the Endeavor SE. They are comparable in safety as other SUVs on the market. The Endeavor is available in a 6-Cylinder motor, 225 Horsepower and 3.8 liter engine. The Endeavor LS comes with Front Wheel drive and the Endeavor SE offers both Front Wheel drive and All Wheel drive.

Prices start for the Endeavor LS at $28,299, the Endeavor SE Front Wheel drive at $32,099 and the Endeavor SE All Wheel drive at $33,599. The seating capacity holds 5 passengers. The Endeavor 5 passenger SUVs obtain 15 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway.

The Endeavors come with a 10 year or 100,000 mile Powertrain warranty, a 5 year or 60,000 mile Bumper to Bumper warranty, a 7 year or 100,000 Anti-Corrosion Perforation warranty, and a 5 year and Unlimited miles Roadside Assistance.

The Mitsubishi SUV Endeavors have safety features including driver and passenger front, side and roof mount airbags. The other passengers have roof mount and side curtain airbags on all sides for protection during side impact or rolling. The Endeavors are equipped with a skid and traction control system that uses a torque vectoring system which works by transferring power between the wheels to give the best traction.

The Endeavors are equipped with Anti-Lock Brakes which works as an electronic brake force distribution system that assists the vehicle in stopping quickly and safely in many road conditions.

The Endeavors have many extra features for both the driver and the passengers. The entertainment system comes with a 6 CD/MP3 in dash changer, an infinity premium AM/FM radio of 650 Watts with 9 speakers and an 8 inch subwoofer and steering wheel controls.

The Endeavor SE has available heated leather seats, and all Endeavor’s driver’s seat have a 10 way seating position. Other features include a touch screen navigation system, available in the Endeavor SE, and a power sun roof with a wind deflector, available in all Endeavors.

The All Wheel drive is able to tow up to 3,500 pounds. The Sportronic Transmission lets the driver switch between automatic and manual transmissions effortlessly. The Endeavors have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System that alerts the driver when air is needed in a tire.

The Mitsubishi SUV Endeavors are praised for being very reliable with many of those owners having Endeavors that are over 160,000 miles. Other praises are a comfortable ride, powerful and quiet.

The most common dislikes of the Endeavors are the very low gas mileage, compared to other SUVs, out dated maps are used in the navigation system in the Endeavor SE, and some have experienced obnoxiously sensitive tire/air sensor.
